Hey everybody, I've never owned a jeep before but have always been interested in one. I have been looking at this one, and it seems like a great deal but I'd like other opinions from people who've been around jeeps for some time now.

NICE JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED ONLY 90K
LEATHER
SUNROOF
6 DISC CD CHANGER
NO RUST
NOT LOCAL CAR NO RUST
GOOD TIRES ROTORS AND BRAKES
NYS INSPECTED
NEW EXHAUST
After a little while I'd like to eventually start modifying it and push it to its true jeep potential.
So... thoughts?

Looks very clean in the pictures, what is your concern? I don't like the fact it's AWD, but that is just me.

Maybe you can post this in the Grand Cherokee forum. You might get a few more replies there. I glanced at the photo but when I saw it was a GC, I just closed the page. I'm not bashing the GC, I'm just not into them at all.

For its age 90k is kinda low i would be scared its sit a long time. And when cars sit and you drive them normally things go wrong left and right.

This might not prove true, because it looks nice, but... ON CRAIGSLIST, NEVER TRUST RAIN PICTURES OR PICTURES OF WET CARS!

There's a reason 3/4s of all the cars on Craigslist are wet in their pictures... Faded paint.

Very true, you have to look at it in person. Craigslist is more like craigslie a lot of the time.

That's a killer price for the mileage. Like, too killer.

I've looked at 02-04 GCs in similar trim (limited/Overland, High Output 4.7, Quadra what ever not a clunky but reliable NP231) as I'd love to have the cushy power and I've found ones with 170k with an asking price of $6500.

Drive it to see if you like it but I also fear for it's super low miles. Also, read this:
