Well, I got stuck in a combination of sand and mud, on a small slope today into a ditch with beyond bald tires. Wasn't pretty but with enough gas and wheel turning in reverse we were able to pop it out of the hole, only downside was I crushed a tree in the process and smashed my rear bumper up pretty good, hatch won't even open.

Either way, it was fun. So now I've got to replace that bumper. Luckily, I've met and exceeded my goals at work this month which results in a 200 gift. So I've got a $200 flat budget to get myself a nice new bumper, any suggestions? I like this one:

Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks,
JJ

That's a good price, and a good brand.

Yeah I'm actually waiting on a rear bumper (with tire carrier, Jerry can mounts , and high lift jack mount) from Nates. Got my front bumper bout a week ago love it. When I was searching around for bumpers everyone had great things to say about Nates. So I'm pretty confident in it.

Kind of a big gap between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the hatch, shouldn't stop you from getting it though.

I think for the price, can't be beat. I'll probably cough up the dough and get the front bumper as well.

I have nates 4x4 front and rear and my rear claimed its first front end a few weeks ago when a drunk driver rear ended me at a mcdonalds drive thru. About the gap I dont mind it looks cool as is imo but if your **** about it im sure you can contact nate and ask him to weld the bumper just a tad bit higher to the support brackets to eliminate that gap.
