need ideas

i have a 89 cherokee pioneer edition and was gettin ready too build a front and rear bumper for it plus a rack and wad wonderin if anyone has any ideas cheap and quick strong design.

For the roof rack use 1" emt because you can get it cheap and it's strong enough for a spare, hi-lift, and other recovery gear. Plus most hardware stores carry it.
