Default My New Winch Bumper :-)

Well finally arrived last night. Now all that's to do is get her Bed-Lined and installed. Man I can't wait. It just looks so BAD*** sitting in my basement on the floor.

Logans Metal Products. I had it Custom Made. And now after making it they loved it and will start producing and selling them from there web site. But will wait until I get it Bed-Lined and installed and give them Pictures to use for there web site add. Plus they have to work out some delivery options for it since it was so big FedX wanted them to ship it freight which was way to expensive so they hand delivered it last night to me. So as soon as they work out the details you will start seeing it on there web site. But I got a great deal on it. Let's just say better then what they will actually sell for.

x2. Don't bed line it. Get some John Deer Flat Black. Stuff holds up very well, is easy to touch up if needed, and inexpensive. Great looking bumper though!

I have them I just haven't took any pictures of them yet. I'll get some pictures of the tie in brackets this weekend and post them also with the winch plate and fairlead bracket.

It is my buddy is a professional painter for a body shop. He's doing all the work to it. Prep, self etching primer, more prep, then bed-lined with line-x

Make sure to drill the holes for the winch before you line-x then. Otherwise it'll be pain to drill through.

The holes are alread pre drilled for the winch. Logans Drilled them when they made the bumper. I'll get some better pictures up today of the Bumper.

I have them like I said earlier, I'll Try and take some pictures of them today and post them for everyone to see. I'll also take pictures of the Winch Fairlead mounting Plate too. When I bought the Bumper It came with Of course the Custom Bumper, The Tie-in Brackets, The Winch Fairlead mounting bracket, and all the grade 8 Bolts and Hardware.

The Bumper Tie-in Brackets get bolted on the the Uni-frame first and then you bolt the Bumper to the Tie-in Brackets. It makes bolting the Bumper up a whole lot easier. Rather then having the Tie-in brackets welded to the back of the Bumper. Cause then you would have to try and maneuver the bumper in place with the Tie-in Brackets and then try and bolt those in place. Its Much easier to have them separate and then bolt the bumper to them.
