My Jeep in the snow
We got our first major snowfall (around eight inches with 14 inch+ drifts). This was the lightest snow; hard to tell from the picture but that's around eight inches.

I can remember waiting for the first heavy snow after I got my XJ. (I got it at the end of a November). Then one night it happened, a huge snow storm with wet heavy snow coming down fast. About 24" worth. I took the Jeep around town and to my local gas station. It was awesome. When I got to the gas station, the ONLY other vehicle around was another black Jeep XJ just pulling in...guy was out doing the same thing! lol.

Even though they're fairly lightweight vehicles, they can be pretty good in the snow with the right kind of tires. Plenty of ground clearance. While a lot of people curse the snow, I literally 'Dream' of white fluffy stuff all winter long!!! The more the better.

Rust belt Jeeps....Yummy!
I am almost done with my 96 replacing all of the rotted out floor, after that I get to do the Battery box and front unibody.

Had me-self some fun today too! 200 yards (meters) driveway, 12" snow. Wife's 03 Overland with Quadra-Drive. Tires are wide and terrible. I can't believe it churned through.
Tomorrow I'm going to plow with the 87 XJ (see above)!!

That's about what my parent's roads looked like, I'm impressed how well the Wrangler Radials on mine did considering they're cheap tires.
