Self explanatory really, remove trim, take out headliner from rear door, pull off fabric, scrape the old glue off with a brush, lay new fabric over half the headliner, spray half head liner and then half the fabric, press tight, repeat on other half, reinstall. Done! Here's mine

if you look at the pics he posted, there's a poster of Chuck Norris looking over
his progress. Don't know Zombies name.

If you're looking for something oem Auto Zone ordered the material for me.

To get the headliner out it wont take too long, I had mine out in about 10 to 15 minutes. I just did mine not too long ago and it was my first time, it was pretty easy, Just buy 2 cans of spray and give time to cure. I gave mine a day in half sense I didnt need the jeep for a few days.

before

after

I have done a few using the fabric from SMSheadliners on eBay. So far they have been really easy to deal with and I have been impressed with the product. I think the last one I bought was the light grey for the XJ and I ordered extra to do a headliner and soundbar etc.. and it ended up around $40 I think. You may find it cheaper somewhere else but hopefully this is a good start.
