Today while driving out to farm to get an application I was at a red light and I got a wild hair and hit the gas in the turn and it was raining.

I lost traction and went side ways and almost into the left lane then I pulled it right and ran right into a concrete median.

Could have been way worse if I would have been in my last car I would have gotten hurt but my jeep made it through.

 

Looks like a bumper, headlight surround, possibly a grill and marker light.

Just hope the mount collapsed, as the mount is right pretty much where you hit. there might be a bit of mount/frame area damage.

Sounds like something I did, although I didn't hit the gas hard on purpose. I was at a red light in the left turn lane. It was raining, and when I hit gas I hit it too hard. I had the radio on loud, and didn't hear the tires spinning. Well I went to turn left, and I went straight... into a curb. Blew out my from front right tire. That's the extent of my damage. I was inches from a light pole, the only reason I didn't hit the pole is because of the curb.

I got 2 new tires. I went on craigslist and bought a Jeep rim for $20, mounted my good used tire on the rim, and replaced my space-saver spare with a full-size spare! YAY!
