Mud in the radiator

Default Mud in the radiator

Keep getting mud in the radiator, anyone have some tricks to keeping the mud outa the radaitor?

What do you mean mud "in" the radiator.

in between the fine's, taking away air flow to cool the motor.

If you play in the mud then you will get mud in between the fins and it will block airflow and cause overheating. All you can do is spray it out as soon as you get done playing offroad. That's why I stay out of the mud if I can.

Just wash it out. High volume of water at a low pressure. A garden hose with no nozzle on it works great.

You play in the mud, you get to clean it up..........simple as that.

mine is pretty well caked with mud i dont have any overheating issues

X 3 (or what ever) on just hosing it out... thats what I do. When I play piggy (having fun in the mud) I just hose off my whole front end, that was I get the lights clean (for driving home at night, haha) cleaning the rad out, AC condenser, what not...
