Mine stays comfortably on my side while driving 90% of the time but I have a OWB holster that sits really high on my belt.
That is relevant how? Uber lives in Washington State, And as long as you have a weapon inside your car be it a pistol, knife, etc... its considered concealed.

To the OP you may want to research the laws in your state before it comes back to bite you in the ***. As far as i know in many states you can not have any weapon concealed from sight unless you have a Concealed weapons permit(or CPL).

You cant have a buck knife in your pocket in most states? that's news to me, had a Kershaw on me everyday for the past 20 yrs. concealed in my pocket....figured, you know, POCKET knife and all.....

EDIT: If it weren't a folding knife (if it was, say, a machete or meat cleaver) then i'd say it was possibly illegal, but a folding pocket knife?

yeah its a weapon but to have a permit and all that ****? nawww, i bought the buck knife at walmart when i was like 16. sold it to me no questions asked or anything. if the state of florida or any state were that strict. they'd probably ask to see ID or to sign papers or whatnot.

how, then, would someone go to a gun range without having their concealed, or even bring a gun home after purchasing it?

in most every states there is a limit to the length of a knife before you have to have a concealed in order to cary it. as far as guns go, in most states, if it is not concealed while in your vehicle it is considered open carry and that can cause you a huge headache in the long run. in most states, as long as the weapon is secured, it is ok to have. here in FL you can even have it in you glove box loaded with one in the chamber. best advice i can give though, weather it be guns, knives, tasers, or pepper spray, if you arent sure if it's legal, then get your concealed permit to be sure you're *** is covered.

Hey man sorry we aren't all neurosurgeons/rocket scientists like yourself. Great way to show how we are all inferior. Make a thread on how to become a bigger douche bag and I'll praise your name. I think this is an awesome idea and plan on trying this myself. Thanks OP!
