Can installing new factory mounts on motor and tranny cause shifting problems from shifter? Shifter will go into 1-2 but tranny won't. The tranny shifts fine through the gears in drive but not manually. Also it's harder to shift into low 4WD.

 

Check your shift linkage

 

Got it fixed. The shifter had just plumb wore out.
