Hello. Since I am always looking to make some extra money and have a lot of huge junkyards close by I was wondering if there is a list of the most commonly sought (And profitable) Cherokee and Grand Cherokee items?..Obviously upgrade fuel injectors are always hot..Any other ideas?

 

Skid plates! everybody is wanting those!

 

Engine skid plates, overhead consouls, and factory swing out tire carriers. Find any of these and you have found gold

 

the 2 door windows with pop out vents.
i dont know a single 2dr guy that doesnt want them.

and hood vents, everybody loves hoodvents.

 

Was there actually a factory swingout tire carrier for an XJ?

Rubicon front axle

ZJ steering linkage

KJ rear disk brake calapers and mounts

8.8 out of and exploder with 4:10 gears to match the rubi front..

 

Definitely the xj Dana 44 rear axle

 

Oh and maybe the 4.0l throttle body for the 4 cylinder xj's.

 

Waggy 44's, xj d44, skids, zj steering, durango steering boxes, hp d44s, louvers, zj leather seats, tranny coolers are good sometimes.

 

Ya, ive only seen them on white XJ's for some reason, but they are hard to find and only on older ones

 

look for solid doors with no rust. Hatches too and the rear wipers. Seems many people around here are always looking for those.
