Mix matched tires help!

Ok here's my story.
I'm broke with a 4.5" lift and bald stock tires.
I posted an add on CL saying I'm looking for some 33x12.50's cheap.
I got a response from a guy with 2 BFG AT's 1 Goodyear duratrac and a medalist mud king. All like new.
What should I offer?

unless you verify there all the same radius exactly like run a tape measure around them i wouldnt buy them they could bind up when in 4 wheel drive due to differant diameters
not to mention the somewhat ghetto 3 differant tread pattern issue
