Does anyone own any of the easy to come by M101 military trailers that are always being auctioned off by the military? I want to know if it is too heavy to use as a camping/dump trailer for my XJ. I understand the Canadian M101 is light enough, but that is because it is the equivilent of the US M416. I am talking about the M101 3/4 ton trailer. I only plan on hauling about 500 to 600 lb.s of stuff at any one time. I would look for an M416 but the M101's are cheaper and more readilly available. Any information would be appreciated.
