Metal Grille
Has anyone here found a metal grille that looks like the stock one for their jeep? And I'm not talking about the chromed plastic ones.
If not, I was thinking of making one either out of cast aluminum (a lot of work and I'd need to make a bigass kiln) or pressed sheet metal (also a lot of work...) or taking strips of sheet, bending them and welding them to a frame (tedious and will probably look like crapola)
I'm only talking about this part
not the little guys in between the big guys... I'm going to fill that in with expanded sheet metal I have laying around the garage!

Sorry about that mate, I did want to ask about making a press for making this out of sheet metal. I've made small punches from sand molds, but nothing this long. Any tips would be awesome!
I'll make sure I stay more on topic from now on.
