Hey guys, one of my co-workers whos got some years on me recently gave me some items from back in his hey day of owning an IH Scout. It included 2 Hy-Range Hy-Gain II CB radios, 2 Mean Mother amber fog lights, 2 sirens, and some switches.

My question is, does anybody know/remember these things from back then?? These things are OLD. But badass. I'm gonna re-use the fogs, given they work, but the CBs I was thinking of shining up and selling on craigslist. Don't have a pic of the CBs, as they're at my dads house.

lol, it's badass to have some vintage stuff like that. Can't wait to get those lights put on.

I really liked the International Harvester Scout II, They where pretty tough in there day. And one of the first, You could pull the top & doors off easily. If I remember correctly they came with a 360 ci. V-8.

Yessir. A tank on wheels somethin fierce. My pops owned one when I was like 2-3. about 15 years ago. All jacked up, 35 inch tires. That's the only memory I have before the age of 5. And he wonders where I got my gear head-ness from.

I guess, I was dating myself. Wasn't I? Anyways, a roommate of mine after high school had one. So I got to drive it quit a bit. They where the best 4X4, of that size at the time!

I guess, I was dating myself. Wasn't I? That would mean, revealing my age! I was in High school when the IH scout II came out. They where like, The Moto-ski of the 4X4 world. Or how about the "JEEPSTER". Now those where nice.
