Default Maintenance/Upkeep

I have been in Navy boot camp since the the end of January and am in school now, and my 92 4.0 has been sitting at home not being driven. In 3 weeks I will be getting it again and driving it quite a lot. It's in SC so the weather isn't a huge factor, but what should I do before driving it again? I know oil change... is there anything else that comes to mind? At that point it will have sat for 4 months through cold and hot weather.
Thanks in advance!

Tire pressures.

When was the last time the oil was changed?

And, thank you for your service to our country.

First off THANKS for your service.

I've got a CJ5 that's used only for plowing snow so it sits most for the year. Here's what I do before using it.

-look at the underside,on the ground, and behind each wheel for fluid leaks
-Check for rodent damage and debris (chewed wiring and hoses) under it,inside it,and under the hood(don't forget the air filter). I use compressed air to blow it out.
-tire pressures
-fluid levels(brakes, coolant, oil, power steering). Slave cylinder if you have one.
-install a battery. I turn the key to on for a bit to make sure things seem okay.
-Before starting it I add 5 gallons of gas. I store it with no more than a couple gallons and a stabilizer.
-start it and let it idle to operating temp while looking/listening for any problems. You should check your exterior lighting.
-test drive it checking how the brakes feel when it first moves.

Then,for me,the work begins.

Thanks for the quick replies! I will definitely be checking all those things!
I've been missing my poor, lonely XJ for so long!
