I was riding around behind Exxon, and someone with a Cherokee saw it. It was also 4x4 but you could tell it never left the pavement, they waved me down and started asking what I have installed, and was shocked when I told her I have stock suspension and that she shouldn't have any problems doing the same stuff in her bone-stock 97+ (Didn't ask what year)! Well, she tried it out, I showed her what to do, and she loved it! Said she had no idea her Jeep was capable of that... I think I turned a soulless XJ into a trail riding DD! It was the first time she got it dirty, and it was COVERED. So I pointed her to a few good sites for parts, and we went our ways.
Just thought I'd share this, feels great to know there's one more XJ on the trail now.
