lund visor...keep or no
I like it. I have a lighted one on my 89 Bronco. What I did is I added silicone onto all of the screws and zapped them in.
You may be able to sneak the wire inside the Jeep for the lights at the top of the door and run it down the inside of the A piller under the trim. I'm not sure if it's possible but if you can that's what I would do. I did my Bronco that way and nothing leaked.

What I'd do, is wire each one, obviously with the visor unmounted, and run a light, or LEDs into each one....then after marking which wires are which, twist or braid the wires together and either...
A: Put wires through a rubber grommet, then drill a hole big enough for the diameter of the rubber grommet and then it should set right in. Its purpose? Too protect the wires from the metal edge
-or-
B: With your twisted or braided wire run it & attach it (with an adhesive or something) along the inside of the front edge around the corner and inside through the top of your door, like this...

Like I said, just a couple suggestions...
