LSD clutch plate change?

LSD clutch plate change?
Need some help peeps 
my 2000 2.5td cherokee has lsd rear diff and after inspection yesterday while doing a diff oil change its in defo need of the clutch plates changing 
Anyone got a write up or link on this process? or is it best left to a specialist?
