LSD clutch plate change?

Need some help peeps :001_huh: my 2000 2.5td cherokee has lsd rear diff and after inspection yesterday while doing a diff oil change its in defo need of the clutch plates changing :sad:
Anyone got a write up or link on this process? or is it best left to a specialist? :001_huh:
