Default Lower control arms or radius arms?

So I went to get an alignment done yesterday and the guy doing the alignment said he couldn't do anything. He told me that my control arms or I believe he called it a radius arm. Regardless they need replaced there's a lot of play in them. So my question is should I just replace them with the stock slightly adjustable ones, and if so does anyone have some I could buy? Or the threaded adjustable ones? Also if anyone has any they want to get rid of let me know. I'm at 3" of lift and would like to go to 4 or 4.5 sometime in the future. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
