Hi there, I'm pretty new here but already spent some time with my XJ.
I have to find new 'coat' for Jeep, GUNMETAL PEARL or STEEL BLUE looks really amazing and I need to ask about RAL colors pallete.
My painter needs RAL code, does anyone knows how to find it?
Whaf I found is a lot of photos with RAL codes but when checked on RAL PALETTE websites looks a bit different.
Can you help me making my ugly-brown Cherokee to be real GUNMETAL PEARL?
Have you been provided that code?
Found this website: https://ralcolorchart.com
// will edit my account and introduce myself after most-busy-month-at-work-ever //

Try this one as it has codes plus the names. I dont see Gunmetal, but i do see a Steel Blue (RAL 5011).

Paint samples online are usually off. Its like matching certain colors at the part store. They dont always match. Here is another site showing the same colors. Steel Blue looks completely different.

Note the disclaimer at the top of the page for the second link. On my monitor, the first link looks dark brown, like chocolate. The second link looks like a very dark blue.
Here in the US when we cant find the exact color, we have it custom mixed. Any good paint shop should be able to do that no problem. Or pick a color thats close to what you want.
