looking to sell my WJ or trade to get an 98 or newer $1800-$3500 range. anything i should be looking for or tips for me. i know i want 4wd, prefer a 5spd and def. want the 4.0L less than 160k miles preferably stock, 2 or 4 door.... what can i expect to pay for one with my requirements? what years are good/have recalls?

 

Location, location, location. Check what they are going for in your area and get a feel for what you want, for what you can spend.

 

Go for 1999 non-0331 head. Pay anywhere form $1000-4000 for a good one.

Paid $5995 for mine.
