Looking to buy a pop up camper, towing issues?
Would my XJ be fine to tow a 3000lbs+ pop up trailer up a mountain road? Think I would
Have issues? I have a 3" RC lift and 31s with the factory tow package and 8.25 rear end...

What popup camper weighs 3000lbs+?
I towed a popup over 1400 miles round trip with no issues, going over a few mountain passes in August heat. It only weighed around 1500lbs but had probably another 500lbs in it.
If you removed your rear sway bar you might want to put it back on, when the wind caught the camper it was a bit sketchy driving 70mph down the interstate with my *** end swaying all over the road.
