if your front end is all tight an aligned correctly you wont need a steering stabilizer. stabilizers are band aids, you need to find the real issue first

Say someone has the front nice and tight, is there a benefit to a steering stabilizer?

The only thing that hasn't been replaced is the rod from steering box drag like to the passenger side that the tie rod mounts to. Not sure exact name. And I'm putting a Durango box on this weekend.

welll.... ditch the stabilizer idea until you figure out the cause of your problems... that track bar bracket looks to have lowered that end of the track bar quite a bit. You may need a drop pitman arm to go with it because if the drag link and track bar aren't parallel, you're gonna have bad bump steer.
