Darn. That's a little too thin imo. Especially for something holding your transmission, t case, and control arms and axle in place. That crossmember does a lot of work.

I'm interested but I have to ask...

why Heims instead of Johnny Joints? JJs are rebuildable and greasable, and offer a greater range of motion - for about the same price as good heims, maybe cheaper. Also Hiems don't last too long in mud/sand, and when they go bad the clanking will be heard for miles.

Also, definitely go with 2" square tube for the arms. Stronger, Cheaper, And Sexier.

im getting the heims from ruffstuff and iv had good luck with their hiems in my experience, they also sell you the spacers, jam nuts, and weld in bungs with the heims. i have a set of jjs on my jeep but i never really thought about using them for the kits, i guess i could look into using them or at least offering them as an option
thanks for the input.

ill get you one asap once its painted and purdy lookin,
have to finish a roll cage in a t bucket today before i pick up the rest of the brackets

check back at the end of the week,
im starting these on a very very tight budget so once i sell one ill have more money to make multiple kits to leave on the shelf for sale, i dont want to have to build them to order.

id like some input on what people would rather have for joints, heims or jjs?
i know what i like but theyre not going on my rig...
