Default little led project

One of the guys at work gave me this! Some boys just know the way to a jeep girls heart! I have like 3 or 4 sets of xj tail lights at home in my garage so, I'm going to bring a set I to work and the next time there is a lull I'm going to start fitting them in as my stop and running lights!

That not the point! If I just wanted to buy a kit I'd buy a kit. The point is these were given to me and it was a very sweet gesture from one of the guys a the shop I work at who gets it, who knows modified tech and fabrication are my favorite areas of the trade. It was something I had not thought about doing and buying a kit takes the fun out of making things your self. Think before you post!

Calm down a little, they were just trying to help show you an option.
Now, my advice seeing as your first post was a little vague, I assume you want to install these as your rear lights correct? If that's the case, may I suggest buying a set of used tail lights as your test/fitting subject so in the event you don't like them or mess up any, you can still fall back on your originals.
Also welcome to CF but please don't jump at another member for trying to help. A simple . No thank you, I want to try something custom would suffice. We have a Report button or you can just PM one of us if help is needed or trouble is up.
