Default Lights in rear bumper?

I'm beginning my rear bumper build. Plan to build a tire carrier into it w/ hitch and recovery points. Should I include lights into it? If so, what lights? I haven't done much wheeling (yet), so not much experience with what works. I ASSume the purpose of lights built into the rear bumper are for backing up off road at night. Are there any other good reasons? My plans for the Jeep are driving on the beach in the OBX and mild trails in the George Washington national forest. There isn't much of anything else in my area to wheel, so it won't be too often I take the jeep off road as both locations are over a 2 hour ride away.

Jegs has some new Hellas on sale now very nice 4" and 6" cubes. I mounted mine on the roof rack for better light for work/backup lights.
