Sorry don't have any pics. What I did was I used wire cover to tuck the wire in across the light bar and I ran my power wires across the gutter ( rapped the wire in electric tape so it fit snug) then I ran it down underneath the windshield molding. Then in between the fender and the cowl to under the hood. But the problem is the older ones have a metal winshield molding. If its the newer one you'll have a rubber one(I have the rubber one and it was really easy) Ill try and get some pics to you tomorrow

I'm just starting a light bar mod. Mine will be easily removable. Gutter clamps are ordered and on the way. I'm waiting to order the aluminum rectangular tube until I see and measure the gutter clamps. Wiring was the question though. I'm going to put a disconnect at the front of the stock roof rack and run the wire inside the side slide rail, out the back of the rail, down the outside of the back hatch, into the jeep by laying the wire over the rear hatch seal and then use interior trim to hide the wire as I work it forward. Any outside exposed wire will be wrapped in that plastic wire casing. I'll be doing the wiring this week, I'll post the progress if your interested in wiring it this way.

Those are some great ideas.. I was thinking about going the windshield moulding into the fender as well, less wire to run and will hide it. A buddy of mine said I should put a rubber grommet on the roof and do it that way but I don't want to risk getting water in that way.

I was shotting for a finished look. To me, the grommet in the roof looks like the Borg assimilated the Cherokee. I'll think about the wind shield trim method but will probably go with the long wire. Maybe I'll use a grommet by the back hatch to get the wire inside.
