I'm looking to lift my '98 XJ 3". Thing is, I'm in highschool and don't have huge sums of money just laying around. I know about budget boosts, but am uncertain of the quality. And where I live, there aren't junkyards that I can go canabilize other vehicles for parts. I think my max price would probably be 250, maybe 300, but I don't want to spend more than I have to.

I know, extreme criteria, right?

Any suggestions?
