Intermitent oil pressure

Intermitent oil pressure
So i have the 4.0...and when i gun it i drop to 0 oil press. Then go back to normal at regular rpm. It does this every time. I put a cam in it, head job, rear main, oil pan gask, oil filt. Adapt. Gasket. If you might have any ideas, i would greatly appreciate it
