Yesterday I took the rear suspension apart for the 3rd time. I reinstalled the leaf springs, shocks, u-bolts and eliminated the sway bar. It's still popping on medium size bumps. Now it seems more frequent. Probably because of not having the sway bar. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm starting to pull my hair out!!!

Is rear shackle hitting the body under compression? mine were hitting the back of the mount box, until I clearanced it. Is you exhaust hitting anything? Tend to hit at Cross member and tank or shackles. Did you check the U-Joints in the DS?

I'm not sure about the shackle hitting the body, it's a good possibility. I think I want to replace them just to eliminate that possibility. I was looking at the quadratec stock replacement shackles. Any thoughts???
The exhaust has plenty of clearance. I don't think it's the DS because hit only happens on bumps. I don't have any vibrations in the rear.

I just noticed there is a gap between the top leaf and the second leaf spring. I'm going to start by buying a bar pin eliminator kit and a leaf spring clamp and go from there. Hopefully one of those takes care of the noise.
