what size tires...it looks like a 2" lift or maybe a sagging 3"

I concur, looks like a sagging 3" lift on 30"s.

What would cause it to be saggy
Tires are 31x10 1/2

Just measure from the top of axle tubes to the bottom of frame. Stock front is 6 3/4" and stock back is 6".

Jack stands are under front diff doing ball joints and shocks
