Smile Lifted or not?

Hey, Im such a noob I cant tell if this is lifted or not, I dont see anything that looks like a lift, but it looks like it sits a little higher than stock from what I have searched, what do you think? oh ya the tires are 235/75/15s and the center of the wheel up to the bottom of the fender flare is 18'' back and 19'' front?

Looks like a 2" budget boost. Coil spacers and shackles or a add a leaf. Your measurements seem to confirm this.

Here is mine with spacers and shackles with 235's.

yeah, that all looks about right, here's some photos of the suspension, but I still don't "SEE" anything that looks like it hasn't been there since 1988.

Looks like it's one of the few that the rear leaves don't have a negative arch. All looks stock with my eyes. The front bumpstop looks longer than stock but the rest looks like Jeep put it together. It's not a Up Country model is it? Would be taller stock.

Speaking of the tie rod, It looks like its a little bent. It may just be the angle on the pic though.

So I think i figured this out, as I have a factory..
Tow hitch
gas tank skid plate
transfer case skid plate
tranny cooler
front tow hooks
LSD
So it must have an up country package and 1" lift
