lift questions
I got a 4.5" lift now and was give a 2" add a leaf and 2" coil spacers. I wanna throw em on my jeep but right now I don't have long arms can I still add the 2"? I don't go muddin that much and when I do I don't go crazy hard-core or anything mainly trail riding with some mud pits I'm sure I'll need a sye but for the time being I can take my front driveshaft off will I be fine with just throwing the add a leaf and coil spacers on with no problems?

You'll probably need new shocks, brake lines, sway bar links, definitely SYE, adjustable trackbar (unless you already have one), stock steering is gunna suck at 6.5". Prob some other things
What's the point of you lifting more? Do you want to put on bigger tires? Or?

My sway bar is off and I have an adjustable trac bar already... Yeah I wanna go with like 35 or 37s and then if I could down the Rd do a long arm upgrade instead of having to do it now

Honestly, you should hang on to the spacers and AAL until you can afford to do long arms and throw on bigger tires. Sounds like you don't have a real need to go up 2 more inches right this moment. Short arms would suck at 6.5". And AAL just suck in general.
But it's not going to be as simple as just throwing on 2 more inches. There'll be other areas you'll need to address.
