With a 3" rough country lift do you need a pittman arm drop and also can you use jks quick disconnects with thos lift

You shouldnt need a drop pitman arm, but you will want to redrill your trac bar mounting hole so your axle is centered.

And yes there are swaybar quick discos available for 3" of lift.

 

Consider using home-made discos! Cheap (like 7 bucks cheap) and work like magic, google it and youll find plenty of write ups on the hardware you need.
