Anyone know where to get a cheap 4.5" lift for my 2000 xj? RC wants 469 and I feel like that's the cheapest I'm ganna get. Just trying to see if there's anywhere else! Thanks

Dont do it! Delete your browsing history and go save some more $$.
Basic kits come with the bare minimum to physically get your vehicle lifted thats it. Then after you realize you made a mistake and need to dig deeper into your bank account you'll need/want:
Better shocks than the kit ones
Longer sway bar end links/quick discos
Adjustable control arms or Control arm drop brackets
Or Long arms
Better steering
Adjustable double shear track bar
Shackle relocation brackets
Extended brake lines front and rear
Rear degree shims + transfer case drop
Or better Slip Yoke Eliminator with new/new to you driveshaft
Tires/wheels/spacers
Then all the stock parts that get stressed from the new ride position because they have worn at stick height for x miles start to need replacing.
You can do it for a reasonable cost if you shop around for deals, pickup slightly used and build your own bastard pack rear leafs.
Dont get fooled by cheap "kits" please. There are very few complete ones. There is a recent review on the RC X series on these forums that reviewed well and its double what youre looking at and still not complete.

Cheap and lift never mix,Save your money and do it right the first time.Do your research on brands and what all it takes to lift it 4.5 inches with out having problems.

read around on bastard packs and such. You can build a decent rear lift with different leaf springs. That'll save you a good chunk of change, then just buy some RE 3.5 coils with 1/4" spacers and whatever shocks you want. Also, since you have an '00 you should buy a transfer case drop since you will more than likely get driveline vibes. If you piece it together you should be cheaper and better than RC.
