Are those fogs or driving lights? Looks clean...

But this is one of the best IMO

None of these setups are mine.

I bought them through XK Glow. Used on motorcycles but others have had good luck using them as rock lights, especially for the money.

"offroad" will get you 10% off either of those kits.
I went with the 60pc.

For install they come with little metal brackets that you 3M tape them to. Then you 3m tape the brackets where you want them. I used some degreaser, sand down a little bit and taped them on the unibody areas I wanted them. They have held up great with the 3M tape.
For wiring, I ran one long power and one long ground around the Jeep and spliced each individual light into it. Pretty simple install.

Here is where I got the idea:

Cheap and ghetto? Yep...

Gets the job done? You bet!

The rear lights cast too much light inside, but they make great rear cargo/work lights. And work for those driver's with their brights on.

The supply wire in this says it's going to hi low ign. Is that your actual lights wiring you're tapping into? Or is it just to the power/battery?
