I like em both but I have a REAL CLEAN low mileage 91 that I will hold on to till I die..I am 50 so not all that long ...I like the newer body's but the older ones seem to have less issues from my experience...I got my Wrongler still so I can go beat that up instead of my XJ

Stroker but a GM 383 small block. 350 with a 400 crank and all the go fast and hard goodies....... or keep it MOPAR and do up a 340 out of a Duster. A 340 Cherokee....now thats unique and ultimate in my book.

In addition to the steel hatch, the newer ones had a slightly heavier frame. So it is functional and looks too. And don't forget the cupholders
