Was looking around on superbrightleds.com for my dash lights and came across a 14.5" led light bar. Is this any good?

Lumen output is the critical spec to look at when choosing lights. The higher the lumen, the brighter and more intense the light.

I know the more lumens the better but dont know how bright "x" amount of lumens are. Is 2700 lumens good then?

That will be far brighter than any headlight upgrade you do. Not having seen or used one in person, I can't tell you for sure on the quality of the fixture, but I hear good things about superbrightleds.
