Leaf Spring bolt question

Default Leaf Spring bolt question

So I dug into a project on my dd last night and worked two of the uniframe bolts out of my right rear leafs but they are stuck in the bushings and wont come out. I'm going to blast them off with the sawzaw but need to know what exact bolts i need to replace them with first(Grade, Length etc). I had to drive around with the bolts stuck half way out today and did not feel safe to say the least lol. 4wheel parts want $400 plus tax to do this for me when I have all the parts to...

DO NO DIVE IT LIKE THAT. Only place i found them besides a dealer is Rock Auto.
