You really should have some sort of generic release contract to protect yourself if you're planning on using CF member photos to sell your products. Posting their pictures here is not a contract or a license for you to use them and you're opening yourself up to a lot of liability.

Kind of a dick response to a post of someone trying to give you helpful advice, don't you think? So one person's post about the possibility of legal problems that may or may not apply to what you're doing makes you change your mind about using the pics you asked for huh?

F1Addict, if you didn't intend it that way, then I appreciate your advice.
I'm going to make sure I get written permission as it is a prudent choice, if I end up actually using any of the posted pics. If I do, it wont be some secret nefarious scheme, the poster will know and be contacted. I appreciate all those who have contributed... except your post #16, Steve. :P
