Default K5 dana 44 fit 89 cherokee

Im tryin to upgrade to a dana 44 and a guys got one off of a k5 will it bolt right up does anybody know thanks

No that isnt gona bolt right up with out some some mods. go look for a 44 out of a wrecked rubicon im pretty sure those will bolt right up! could be wrong though

Those, IIRC, aren't 'real' D44s.

rubi dana44's are dana44 centers with dana 30 outers(not a true 44) wagoneer 44's are what you want but it's not going to be a bolt in affair. Lots of welding involve with whichever alxe yoou decide to go with.

Question what year wagoneer? I have one sitting in the backyard and are they all around Dana 44 or what?
