Someone on my street thought it would be funny to break my rear wiper off. What is wrong with people?

Yea man people suck...thats one thing (out of a few) I wouldn't f with. Cause I know if anybody ever messed with my vehicles, I'd be bulls***. I was just talking to my buddy the other day about this, I feel like kids these days are such punks compared to when we were kids. I'm not even that old (24), but jesus I knew better enough not to mess with strangers or other peoples property.
