I guess we'll see how they do! Balanced with 8oz of Airsoft BBs-- worked like a charm.. Cost $13 to balance all 5 of them...

How did you get the BBs in? I was wanting to try it, but I won't be running bead locks. I can just hear the tire shop telling me they won't let me put em in before they mount em.

They will probably say that, then try to upsale you on the ceramic bead bags. Call around, there will be a shop somewhere that will let you do it. Or grab a couple of tire irons and do it yourself.

A buddy of mine runs the local Firestone shop. He helped me mount them. We just got the tire on the rim and poured them in before seating the bead. It shakes a little until you get up to speed(about 30-35 mph), but its fine on the interstate.
If you want to do it on a tire already on the rim, just break one bead, pour them in and reseat the bead. Be sure to take the existing weights off.

Yes, they are the Hooligan flares.

I really like the tires. The look much better on my Jeep than the BFGs did. I know they will perform on the rocks, because several guys in our club have them.
