I recently bought some parts through them as I am a returning customer. Just had some questions about my experience and was wondering who the rep was for them on the forum?

 

Find them in the vendor section or give them a call tomorrow.

Heather and all those guys are cool people to deal with.

 

Yeah I've talked with Heather before in the past. But the past five or so times I've called I had the same guy who was "new." I'll look in the vendors.

 

I would just call them tomorrow. Are you local?

 

No I live in Florida. I'll call tomorrow and ask for Heather.
It was just weird he never asked for all my info, never quoted me, never gave me my tracking info, never emailed me. I called again and spoke to the same guy, and it was "I'll work on it, and call you back."
I'm not mad because I understand it's busy season and he told me he's new. I just want to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else because it's really frustrating, especially having a big money charge put on my card when I wasn't aware because I was never quoted.

 

Edit: He asked me for all of my info
