Default Jeep songs...

Alright, I did a search and found people making threads about XJ theme songs and favorite driving songs, but I didn't see any threads like this.

In case anyone hasn't figured it out by my screen name, I'm a bass player (not a fish licker for anyone who may have been pronouncing it wrong in their head)... so I love music and I hear a lot of songs that at least mention Jeeps.

SO I figured I'd start a thread that has a list of songs that have Jeep in them.

1. "Springsteen" Eric Church

2. "Country Man" Luke Bryan

... Well that's all I can think of off the top of my head right now, but it's after 5am at the end of my shift and I've been up since 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon... so let's see what everyone can come up with and see if we can keep this thread going.

Let's try to keep it to songs that you have actually heard... not just done a google search to see what songs come up.

I'm sorry, But I always in visioned a person licking a fish. When ever I saw your Cherokee forum name. I figured it was some kind of fishing superstition, like spitting on your worm for luck. I'm an avid music fan and for the life of me, don't recall ever hearing jeep mentioned in a song. Other than the lyric "Jeepers Creepers where did you get whose peepers".

Down on the farm, Tim McGraw.

I know of at least ten that mention them and can't think of them for the life of me right now

lol... nope - I love to fish, but only way I would lick a bass is if it was beer-battered and pan-fried.

Me too! Love fishing. I mostly listen to blues, probably why I don't hear jeeps mentioned much. I grow up with bands like the Seigel & Schwall band. (local band then) Nothing better than going in to a small tavern, (With less than hundred people there) Have a few beers while listening to this
I do like Bass though.

If I didn't sing like a cat with his tail caught in a barn door, I'd write a jeep song...LOL

Cool... I like blues, just not a real lot of places that play it around here. Ever best of the Jeff Healey band? Friggen awesome. Jeff is dead now, may he r.I.p. but the band was great.

Those songs are great, keep em coming! Forgot all about Drive by A.J.

yeah, I like that song... can't count it though 'cause it's gotta say jeep, or cherokee, or cj, ya know... definitely jeep related. I'm thinkin' liberty, patriot, and compass need not apply... odds are if someone mentions one of those in a song, they're not talking about the jeep models

Two Classics by C.W. McCall that I listen to all the time.

Four Wheel Drive
He drives a CJ-5 to out run the cops.

Black Bear Road
Him and his family rent a "you-drive-em army jeep. It goes over a cliff.

Both of these songs are funny and both are on youtube.
