Jeep Love
No this isn't some sort of weird fantasy thread...
My XJ popped a brake line in the pouring rain 35 miles from home and I had to limp it home with just the ebrake tonight.
But somehow I still love the darn thing.
What has your Cherokee done to you that would drive a normal person crazy, but because you have Jeep Love you just seem to forgive it for doing?

I drive it around w/ that annoying knock from the flexplate. I would get underneath and reset the bolts, but apparently the previous owner weld the bolts in place. So I guess I'll just wait until I HAVE to do it.

I used to run a rural newspaper route daily. My CPS started to give me problems. It'd run good for about 15 min or so then die. Let it sit and cool down, it'd start right up, run good for about 15 min and die. My route was about 85 miles daily and a little over 120 miles on Sunday. My wife said to just use her Ford Escape. I ran my route for about three weeks like this every day in my XJ until payday and was able to buy a new CPS. I have since got her into a Jeep (it's a Liberty, but at least it's a Jeep).

Sheared the motor mount bolts. Cut the tranny line and put the fan through the radiator.Did I mention we were 9 miles up a trail in the Sangre DeCristo mountains? Lots of fun. Yea, I still love her, not sure if the wife does though.
