About a inch or less on both front & back. Its super easy and takes less then a half hour. Cut the front with a cut-off wheel and go in one inch increments in the rear then fold back the one inch panels with a rubber mallet in the rear. I had no rubbing issues before now I really don't have to worry about it. With bfg at's its smooth as heck going 70.
