Default It's hot outside!!

It's also early am,and I need to swap some wheel's around on 2 different jeeps.Replace the sway bar bushings and the swaybar link bushing's,(oversight on PO).Hope I can get this done before it really gets hot out there! Next payday I'll do the control arm bushings.

The temps have averaged about 104-109 on my back porch for the last week.Suck's to be a mailman this time of year.

The wheel swap failed, the 31's won't go on the dj,lack of clearance.I still want the 235's on the cherokee, have 14's for the dj.

After replacing the bushing's,(31's still on cherokee),I have developed a light clunk when turning the wheels left and right.Sounds like it might be in the track bar ends.

Now we have a question!

Opinions--input?

Would replacing bushings, there is no lift involved, along with the 31's cause a kink of sorts?

What bushings? And no, probably not. That's more of a ball joint issue.

Well is the pop/clunk still there with the 235s?

Yes --> then its the bushings

No --> then there's another problem and we need more details on the sound where it does it, when it does it, which way are you going, etc

Yes it is still there with the 235's,but this time only when I turn the wheels to the left.I had some one else turn the wheels while I was under the jeep,it sounds and feels like the left side trackbar end.

Thanks Zack for hanging in there with me.I think what I will have to do is wait a week or so (finances) and do it.I just don't like the noise.Maybe add some grease to the cup,and check the nuts and bolts for tightness on everything else. Thanks again bro.
